Searching for the truth

I have posted an IM below that has important information concerning the murder of my father, Jerry Parks. The Little Rock Police have a copy of this IM in its full content. After reading it there will be no doubt that Jane Parks is responsible for the murder and her son, Gary Parks has covered for her. James Whitten, a friend of Gary's has also helped to protect them.

James Whitten is khybermaster, he is chatting with someone he believed to be Gary Parks, ROO. He was talking to me.


khybermaster: I thought it was three people and only one would make a statement... the other two didn't want to get involved.. seems like that night we drove by the scene they had more than on car load of people off to the side..
khybermaster: seems like one of them what related to someone i knew from the church.. or one of the familes out in roland.
khybermaster: I do remember something about only one person made a statement that was worth anything.. the others saw what happened but weren't close enough to identify the shooters..
khybermaster: something like that.. its been along time ago.. you know it.
khybermaster: by the way.. you know that the gun your dad found was a 380 and not a 9mm.. right..


ROO: I thought it was a 9mm
ROO: you sure


khybermaster: Ok.. it was that gun that chris had bought in his name and mike was carrying it..
khybermaster: chris had the document where he sold it and it was registered in his name.. you dad gave it back to chris..
khybermaster: I talked to chris about it yesterday..
khybermaster: i was concerened about him and i being questioned and i wanted to have a heads up talk with him.. i was at mikes last night


ROO: what did you all come up with


khybermaster: in what meaning.
khybermaster: we talked about it for a few minutes.. i remember i saw that gun cause they tried to sell it me and i didn't want it.
khybermaster: it was like a lorcin or something like that.. low quality and it was a 380 cause we shot it one time when we went shooting.
khybermaster: i do know he needs to make sure his house is clean.


ROO: he still has guns there?


khybermaster: i don;t want to say there is or there isn't.. I don't know either way..


ROO: ill tell him if he does to get rid of them


khybermaster: no don't... i will talk to him about it..


ROO: ok why you


khybermaster: cause I think he is more likely to take it easier from me than from you.. and if he thinks you heard anything like that from me i will hurt our friendship


ROO: good point


khybermaster: I am trying to stay out off all this stuff, you know we let this thing go years ago
khybermaster: and i have just had a really bad gut feeling lately that something is really about to hit the fan.


ROO: what will you do if the cops contact you about it


khybermaster: I don't know.. for one thing i am in federal custody so they can't really do anything to me unless they charge me.
khybermaster: but you know i am not the kind of guy to go make statements about anything
khybermaster: but if they want to play nasty with me they could find ways to cause me alot of grief.. alot of my court stuff over the years has just kinda disapeard..


ROO: disapeard?


khybermaster: well like that thing when you and i got arrested..
khybermaster: i was convicted, sentenaced and then they nol processed it after the conviction..
khybermaster: if they pushed the right strings they could try to open that back up against me..
khybermaster: by the way i have taken care of georgia.. so they cant get me extradited.. all i have to do is a few monthes more probation for the feds and then i can file for early release and then i am a totally free man.


ROO: thats good
ROO: how did you get it taken care of


khybermaster: mom paid them off.
khybermaster: to the tune of almost 6,000


ROO: well it is off your record now, right?

khybermaster: no it will be on my record for probably along time,, but the case is closed.. they cancelled the felony warrants and dismissed the probation violations and all that..
khybermaster: have they questioned you about your dads death in the last few years


ROO: no just Davids
ROO: im sure they want to but ive got a lawyer

khybermaster: well see the thing is you already made a statement like 13 years ago so they have to prove you lied to get a warrant to make you give another one..
khybermaster: and since you already made a statement the 5th amendment dosen't apply.
khybermaster: you didn't have a record then see thats the difference.. you could be acting out after your fathers death.. thats could be the root of you misbehavior.. the only thing that matters in your dads death is your record and state at that time..


ROO: I have one now


khybermaster: You have to walk a straight line..
khybermaster: Do you think i should not make a statement if they try to question me


ROO: it is up to you


khybermaster: if you remember for the first two or three days i was at yalls house with guns in the bushes.. i was there when they came and got the stuff from the house and they were listening to tapes.. we had to wait in mikes room.. remember i had a whole bag full of guns in the house and then all those cops started showing up.


ROO: what happened to them


khybermaster: to what.. the tapes?


ROO: no the guns


khybermaster: they were all my guns.. remember i was a gun toting retireing drug dealer
khybermaster: i still had money and a house full of stuff when that happened..
khybermaster: now lance had a 9mm.. but if i remember right it didn't shoot right.. it jammed..
khybermaster: i had a 9mm browning high power but i had it on me at all times.
khybermaster: lances gun blew up when he was shooting it .. he sent it back and got another one..


ROO: k i remember


khybermaster: it has been along time .. i have spent alittle bit of time trying to remember the sequences cause i have the feeling they are eventually gonna ask for your or mikes alibi..


ROO: i thought mike said he was at home with mom
ROO: and i was with you, we were doing something and got the call, right

khybermaster: ok.. heres the play by play.. i left roland to goto pinacle mt park to meet somebody for a dope deal or something like that.. i remember hearing the ambulances, i decided to get out of the area,, i was kinda paranoid back then, i came back to the house, i was talking to someone on the phone, someone called and wanted to talk to you, i think it was your mom
khybermaster: we went to leave.. i was driving.. we left the yard and saw mike coming towards my house.. we pulled over.. we talked to him and chris..
khybermaster: i said to them to go ahead and we were gonna stop by your house and call your mom
khybermaster: we stopped at the house and there was a note
khybermaster: we left..


ROO: k


khybermaster: we came on the accident where your dads car was,, police were everywhere.. they had markers out where the shell casings were.. there were bullet holes all in your dads car.. blood in the car and seems like a bunch of blood on the highway where they pulled him out of the car
khybermaster: ok.. so the cops came up to us, one cop grabbed me and said who are yall.. i told him.. he said your dad was flown to the hospital..
khybermaster: anyway we jumped back in my car and headed to the hospital
khybermaster: we got to the hospital and mike and them were just pulling up or they were in the car..
khybermaster: and heres the kicker.. chris had that gun in mikes truck and was scared about it.. seems like they put it in my trunk or just left it in the truck i can't remember.
khybermaster: Mike dosen't like to talk about this stuff at all.. I don't feel comfortable asking him any questions.


ROO: where did the gun go after they put it in your trunk


khybermaster: seems like i handed it back to him when we got to your house that night.. and remember i was handing everyone guns..
khybermaster: remember Joe even came out if i remember right.
khybermaster: its been along time.


ROO: right


khybermaster: its not gonna look good for mike.. if all this comes in front of a da
khybermaster: I looked at everything that was happening i judged peoples reactions


ROO: k


khybermaster: you your mom and mike need to stick together on this..
khybermaster: you know if i say no comment to them they are gonna really go crazy on this case..
khybermaster: never did any of the cops ask me anything.. and some of them knew me


ROO: good


khybermaster: but if you remember i had some problems with lrpd back when i was younger and i never ever made a statement..
khybermaster: at that time nobody looked at the family as a suspect.
khybermaster: I am kinda worried about the whole hillary connection.. she is gonna run for president and they need a victory over those old charges of murder against them.. if they could get one good publicized victory it would help them with all of them.
khybermaster: if they could just get enough to charge one of you then they would win big time in the public opinion...
khybermaster: can you see that?


ROO: hell yes


khybermaster: you need to get your mom to admit publicly or by a private doctor that she isn't mentally stable.. that would keep them from trying her
khybermaster: cause she has made alot of statements that don't make her look too good and thats who they are gonna come after.. they are gonna say she did the first one for mike and the second one for you or by you.


ROO: ill talk to her for sure
ROO: try and remember the night at the hospital when mike had that gun do you remember anything else


khybermaster: keep me out of it.. but to be honest i think it would be a good idea for YOU ME CHRIS MIKE and maybe Lance to all sit down out of town somewhere and piece this first one together..
khybermaster: Mike didn't have the gun.. chris did.. and i think i asked them in the parking lot if they had a gun in the car or something like that..
khybermaster: i thought they would search all our cars...
khybermaster: i am not completely sure he put the gun in my car.. thats really kinda blurry.. so much adrenaline going on when we were walking into the hospital.


ROO: alright, im gonna get with mike but i wont mention you and i talked about the gun


khybermaster: Heres the thing.. i don't remember if you knew about it or not.. i think it happened while they were talking to you and mike inside..
khybermaster: let me talk to chris about it again..
khybermaster: before you mention it to mike.


ROO: alright
ROO: do that


khybermaster: you realize they could piece all this together for cicumstancial evidence and have a trumped up trial.
khybermaster: except for the witness saying it was a middle aged man that pulled the trigger.. that really is the strongest piece of evidence in yalls favour. and that points more to your mom than either of you.


ROO: what worries me is the im between mom and denise


khybermaster: well thats cause denise really thinks you killed david..


ROO: im talking about when denise ask her on yahoo messanger about dads murder
khybermaster: how does she picture you having anything to do with it.
ROO: mom told her the gun man called when dad was dead


khybermaster: all the indicators from the police were that they didn't want to find the killer of your dad, cause if they did they would have done alot more.. i mean i was your and mikes alibi and if they were doing things by the book they would have questioned me.


ROO: you sure you were his alibi


khybermaster: i am not sure.. i know chris was with him.. so chris was his alibi and i was yours
khybermaster: you know dot might be a good person to talk to about this too..
khybermaster: do you know where she was?


ROO: no how do i get in touch with her


khybermaster: i don't know.. We need to be very careful how we do this Gary..
khybermaster: i will find out where dot is and i will talk to her.


ROO: i know


khybermaster: yeah.. its not that i will do anything to cover up anything cause I won't.. But i will try to keep this thing under wraps till we know all the answers.. the real answers before they question us agaiin.


ROO: for sure we need to get this straight


khybermaster: we don't want people we can't trust getting all flipped out. who knows who would try to twist it for a few bucks to a reporter or for spite.


ROO: lets close this im out


khybermaster: ok.


ROO: and deleat it and then well chat some more

khybermaster: I just don't think we need to be saying we need to delete things.. we can't afford to give anyone any reason to ever say we are hiding anything.

khybermaster: what was said there only goes in a private place like a walk in the park.
khybermaster: and it was his son that said it.

khybermaster: Gary.. look.. what was said is very bad.. and it offers a first hand witness kind of thing.. and its 100% against your mom

khybermaster: the only person i ever told was chris and its cause you were gone and i didn't want to tell mike.


ROO: what the hell did that sob say


khybermaster: ok.. you want it..


ROO: yes


khybermaster: ok.. harveys son said some man came to the house in nlr and demanded your mom pay him more money.. harvey ran h im off.. they moved like the next week
khybermaster: and he found them in cabot.. harvey freaked and divorced your mom..
khybermaster: and i think the guy was a family member from wynne or one of your dads old running buddies..


ROO: u dont remember who he was


khybermaster: gary its been 10 years.. and i saw him at a bar or somewhere and he swore me to secracy about it.. who did your mom give a house too?
khybermaster: what i am telling you gary is that i don't know who the people were.. i don't think he knew who they were.. he heard the conversations from the vent or something like that.


ROO: alright


khybermaster: you know harvey was a connected man..


ROO: yes i know


khybermaster: Well i can guarantee you one thing.. people just don't move out of the country cause they don't have anything to hide.


ROO: ok


khybermaster: bet mike remembers his name.. but mike isn't like you or I,
khybermaster: He never.. ever.. ever talks about any of this kind of thing.. in fact.. i haven't even thought about all this stuff in like 10 years
khybermaster: and you know he wants to sue denise for slander of character.. if he read all the stuff she is saying about him he will probably blow his top and call her or do something.

ROO: if he does that then the cops will go after us


khybermaster: gary the cops are gonna go after yall either way.. its just when..


ROO: but that will open it all up and mike will cut his own throat


khybermaster: i thought this thing in mt home would be over by now..
khybermaster: from the way they make the press releases it seems like they are trying to put pressure on you and jane


ROO: they are


khybermaster: they keep mentioning the out of town angle.


ROO: i know


khybermaster: tell me you have an iron clad alibi
khybermaster: wait don't answer that.
khybermaster: oops..
khybermaster: don't they know the exact time of his death.


ROO: i dont know they wont talk to me about it,


khybermaster: they do think you did it. don't they
khybermaster: does your probation people know about this case?


ROO: not that i know of


khybermaster: gary.. your in trouble.. they have you on a violation right now.
khybermaster: you have to tell them you were questioned by any law enforcement officer.. its like a violation.. 60 or 90 days.
khybermaster: don't you fill out monthly reports.


ROO: yes


khybermaster: isnt' that question on there.


ROO: hell i dont kknow


khybermaster: i know its on mine like twice..
khybermaster: thats something they can pin on you.. i can't believe they haven't talked to your probation people.. they have.. believe they have..
khybermaster: they are trying to give you enough rope to hang yourself right now.


ROO: i kinow


khybermaster: they want you to get busted on something so they can get you in for a while and then pressure you on the murder case.
khybermaster: please tell me you don't have anything with a serial number on it.
khybermaster: golf clubs.


ROO: i dont


khybermaster: ok.. and they already searched the condo right.


ROO: yes


khybermaster: did they get a sample of your dna


ROO: im sure they have that from the hair test i flunked


khybermaster: nah.. they would have to get a specific one for this instance.. chain of custody and all that


ROO: then i dont know if they do or not.


khybermaster: unless your on the national register like i am..
khybermaster: the feds took one from me about 6 months ago
khybermaster: but it was routine.. all federal felons have to get it.


ROO: i am not in jail


khybermaster: and if they couldn't have proven it by now then they proabably can't
khybermaster: i am gonna say something and i don't want to hold it against me.. ok..


ROO: i wouldnt


khybermaster: ok.


ROO: i wouldnt hold anything against you


khybermaster: Gary if you had anything to do with anything they can prove. and i mean i don't care if its just stealing his credit card.. You need to do the insanity.... big time..
khybermaster: gary you know we haven't been real close in the last few years but i want you to know, I wouldn't do anytihng to ever hurt you or your family..


ROO: i know that


khybermaster: We have had an understanding for along time, and you have alwasy kept up with your part.. when we got busted you did the right thing.. no statements


ROO: and i always will


khybermaster: and that means your a stand up guy and always have been with me.. so you know i would help with anything i could.


ROO: i know you would


khybermaster: you need to get a frequency generator and go through the house and car..
